To be applicable for our "Next Working Day Delivery" the order should reach our office no later then 11:00 Hours the day previous, but the service cannot be guaranteed at busy times.

late delivery by the carriers.

Returns
If you are not happy with any of the products that you receive, you may return the item to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All we ask is that it arrives in the original condition including the packing and the return delivery cost is paid for by the buyer. We can organize collection if required from £9.95 + VAT depending on the size and weight of goods to be returned.
